November 7, 2017

Chantilly, Va.- This evening community leader and Delegate Elect, Karrie Delaney, released the following statement after winning the race for Virginia's 67th House District:

" I am humbled to be elected to serve the people of Virginia's 67th District and honored that the voters share my vision to rise above partisan politics in Richmond to find real solutions for the people of Northern Virginia."

I Would like to thank Jim LeMunyon for his years of service to the 67th District. I would also like to thank our grassroots supporters and my staff for the countless hours of work they put into our campaign, knocking on over 150,000 doors and making over 50,000 phone calls to voters across the 67th District. Finally, I want to thank my husband, Partick, and our kids for their unwavering support throughout this incredible year and a half journey."

"There's a lot of work to be done to solve the real challenges facing our Commonwealth, and as a Delegate, I look forward to tackling those issues and being an advocate for the people of Virginia's 67th House District."
